4th Annual RC SELPA Mental Health Symposium: Mental Health Matters

The Child and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) is part of Governor Newsom's Master Plan for Kids, a $4.7 billion investment across CA to support the mental health needs of children, youth, and families. This session will specifically focus on the new state-wide multi-payer school-linked fee schedule: what is the new fee schedule, how does this work with SMAA and LEA BOP, and what we have learned thus far from being part of cohort 1. Additionally, an overview of the new HCAI Certified Wellness Coach profession will be provided with a focus on qualifications, job descriptions, supervision requirements, and how these new positions can support our students. There will also be opportunities for question and answer.
