This presentation is a candid, compassion-based exploration of the role of our work in our lives as people and help professionals, designed to assist participants in applying a novel, holistic way to align with our highest purpose during stormy times. Presentation will include discussion, inquiry practices and grounding techniques aimed at finding greater clarity and peace amid professional challenges.

Outcomes:
To offer attendees an engaging, experientially focused session.
  1. To offer attendees increased clarity as to the hidden expectations, judgments and beliefs we carry that     unconsciously color our experience within our roles.
  2. To offer attendees a means to access more peace and self-compassion for the challenges and dilemmas we face in our jobs.
  3. To learn, grow and have fun!
