4th Annual RC SELPA Mental Health Symposium: Mental Health Matters

This session will discuss research around educator self-efficacy & collective teacher efficacy and the impact both can have on teacher retention & student learning. Then we’ll move from research to action, exploring ways we can apply UDL systemically. We’ll brainstorm ways of modeling universal, equitable design practices for teachers by implementing UDL strategies in the planning & providing of professional learning, as well as through efforts to improve educator working conditions. Join us as we co-construct meaningful action steps aimed at implementing systemic UDL strategies to increase educator efficacy.
