This presentation will equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and resources regarding the implementation of mental health strategies, social emotional learning (SEL), and strengthening Restorative Practices, specifically the "Social Discipline Window", and "Circles” for improving behavior, relationships, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. This presentation also looks at specifics on reducing office referrals, suspensions, and disproportionality.
