This involves implementing policies and practices that promote mental wellness in our schools, workplaces, and communities, along with fostering cultures of empathy, understanding, and support. Mental Health Leaders in the school setting need to inspire others to prioritize mental health systems of support and cultivate resilience. Leadership must work towards creating environments where mental health is valued and destigmatized. This session will also dive into leadership styles and support participants on their mental health leadership journey.
